For last week’s Industry Talk Thursdays (ITT), we invited Mr. Ernie Chen to share with us an inspiring topic on “It’s Ok to be Broken! Just Don’t Stay Broken & Always be Proud of Your SCARS”.

In his speech, he advised us not to be afraid to be broken. Instead, we should fix it and make it better than before. Furthermore, he also shared a simple way to keep ourselves always motivated, “Love yourself, give and let go”.
