For this week’s Industry Talk Thursdays (ITT), the speaker was Mr. Surain A. Victor. The topic he talked about was “Bridges & Catalysts – The What and How of Trainers and Coaches.”
He shared a lot of information and introduced us what is ‘Training and Development’ industry.
He also told us that this industry is a bridge, the connection between information and clients. The job of trainer is to filter, arrange and instill knowledge to clients.
He also shared some of the challenges he faced and the way he overcame them.
I believe all PORTMANians have better understanding on the Training and Development industry. Therefore, thank you Mr Surian for giving this awesome talk.
