For this week’s Industry Talk Thursdays (ITT), the speaker was Mr. Haikal Lim Bin Abdullah. The topic he talked about was “5 tips for Industrial Penetration.”

Industrial Penetration is about preparing ourselves for the industrial working environment. First, we must get rid of our fear. We have to always move forward. Fear is an obstacle and we need to overcome it! In everything we do, we should always ask ourselves why. Go to get know how to get over and get end. Second, The golden circle rule by Simon Snek. You can start with why in whatever
you do. Third, train your mindset right. Must look yourself and train self-talk, to think positively in everything. Fourth, have to be resillient. No matter what happens and what others do to us, we are still able to go back to the original position. This will make us unbeatable. Last, we must always believe. Believe in ourselves; believe that we are better than anyone else and believe what we want to achieve.
