For last week’s Industry Talk Thursdays (ITT), we invited Ms. Doris Tham to share a topic on “People, Process & Technology – The Ricoh Recipe for Success”.
During her talk, Ms. Doris shared three ways to successfully develop employees in Ricoh Malaysia as follows:

2. Spirit of three loves- Love your Neighbour, Love your Country, Love your work
3. 3 Es Learning Model- Education, Exposure, Experience
