For last week’s Industry Talk Thursdays (ITT), we invited Mr. Sufiz Mohd Suffian to share with us an inspiring topic on “Gamification in Business”.

In his speech, he shared with us about the application of Gaming concepts in business. For an example, categorising consumers by different types of player, such as philanthropist, achiever and henceforth. Furthermore, he also did share to us about octalysis, which is about the motive of each gamers performing certain actions. By understanding octalysis, we will be able to understand the market better.
