For last week’s Industry Talk Thursdays (ITT), the speaker was Mr. Ernie Chen. The topic that he shared with us was “Gained it, Lost it, Gained it Back, Lost it Back Forever!”.
In his talk, Mr. Ernie told us the 4 strategies on how he lost his weight in 12 months’ time. The following are the 4 strategies:
1. Make A Decision – We must set an aim for ourselves to achieve and we must do it, not only talk about it.
2. Healthy Diet – “What we eat is what we are today”, we have to always remind ourselves that what we do today is what we will become in the future.
3. Workout – We must know what is the thing that we want bad enough, in order for us to keep chasing after it.
4. Continuously and Consistently – We must make sure that we continuously and consistently doing the first three things, which are Make A Decision, Healthy Diet, and Workout.
