Industry Talk Thursdays(ITT) – 6th July 2017

For this week’s Industry Talk Thursdays(ITT), the speaker was Encik Efny Johan. The topic that he shared with us is “iJual(e-commerce system) and Vcash(e-wallet)”.

Encik Efny and Mr. Eric have shared a few tips for us to make our business better. First, we have to validate our business by selling our products to our friends and families. This is because that they will give us the honest feedback so that we can improve our production and make it better.

Besides, we should always understand customer’s sources of motivation, needs and wants. This is because if we know them better, we can sell our product through that way and make our lives easier.

Furthermore, we should always be alert with our sales revenue. Sales Team plays an important role in a company. This is because our sales are reflecting how effective our advertising is. The more the sales we get, the more effective the advertising we made.

Last but not least, we should always reward our customers. We should always used 20% of our profit to reward our customers in order to increase their brand loyalty. This is because that will maintain our current customers and that is way more important than getting new customers. Thus, we need to create some creative promotion campaigns in order to capture the market share.

Thank you Encik Efny for being the speaker of ITT for this week! I believe our students learnt a lot from your speech. Once again, thank you so much Encik Efny and Mr. Eric and your presence is highly appreciated.
