For this week’s Industry Talk Thursdays(ITT), the speaker was Mr. Ernie Chen. The topic he shared with us is “ The Only Way to Have a Better Life is to Raise Our Standards.”
Mr. Ernie has shared four steps for us to raise our standards. The first step is we must have our own desire. We need to have our own desire so that we know what we want and we will take effort to achieve our goal.
The second step is we must have our own choice. We need to verify our own choice for what effort we should make to pursue our desire.
The third step is we need belief. We should believe in yourself but not what others tell us to believe. We should believe our desire and choice before others tell us that our desire and choice are wrong.
The fourth step is we have to take action on what we have decided for our desire, choice, and belief. We can tell others what is our goal so that we will really take action to achieve our goal as we prove that we can get what we want.
