For this week’s Industry Talk Thursdays(ITT), the speaker was Mr. James Oh. The topic that he shared with us is ” Lean Finance for Your Greater Finance Intelligence”.

Mr. James Oh shared about the 5 stages of a business’s growth which are survive, stable, success, significant and sustain. The formula of sustainability is the addition of appropriate mindset, applying know- how persistently and adapting creative imagination. Besides, he also shared about the 3 steps to success. We need to begin with the end in mind, which also means that we should have a clear direction.
