For this week’s Industry Talk Thursdays(ITT), the speaker was Mr. Ernie Chen. The topic that he shared with us is “Anything is possible when you Believe, Strategise and Work Your Ass Off!”.

Mr. Ernie shared that in life we must always want more in order to succeed. When we start to belief, we will strategise to make it happen. Don’t be satisfied or happy with current status in order to achieve more in life.

Work your ass off to do something. Be determined and never let anyone tell you that you cannot! If you want to succeed, be around eagles, not chickens (choose the right team members). Then, make sure you work hard, not only work smart! If you think you work hard, work harder! Moreover, we must believe in our dreams.
