Industry Talk Thursdays (ITT) – Gym Chan

Industry Talk Thursdays (ITT), we invited Mr. Gym Chan, an energetic Public Speaker, well-known GEN-Y Property Investor, and an Advisor of Millionaire Business School to share an interesting topic about – “How to be an OUTSTANDING PORTMANian!”
Mr. Gym shared five secrets to be an outstanding PORTMANian. Attitude and behaviour are as important as the results. The first step is to be volunteering for everything and be everywhere, be someone that does the things that other people rarely do. You have to experience the things that you have never experienced before while you can. Always take the opportunity to do something new. Next, we must always have high expectations and setting high targets for yourself to achieve. You have to always go beyond or faster to accomplished any given challenge. Furthermore, we need to befriend our seniors in order to have help and support along the way. Moreover, always be helpful and do not be calculative over everything. It does not cost anything to be kind. Besides, we need to be involved in all activities and clubs. The bonding, the friendships, the memories, the teamwork is all unforgettable. Be someone that is the brightest among others.
Thanks a million, to Mr. Gym for being the ITT speaker of the month! You nailed it! We believe that our students are inspired by your energetic and interesting speech to be better. We are grateful for the time and the effort that you took to share your thoughts and experiences. Thanks again for a truly memorable evening.
