For this week’s Industry Talk Thursdays(ITT), the speaker was Mr. Andy Liang. The topic that he spoke about is “Why we are in plantation industry, Whats is Agarwood, How we plant and process it and Market size and potential of Agarwood industry.”

Mr. Andy Liang introduced agarwood that is being used to produce perfume. Agarwood is rare to be found as we only get 5% out of 100 trees. The perfume that was made by agarwood is more expensive than others. However, this perfume is in high quality as the scent will last longer on human body as it doesn’t go off easily.
